About the role
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission
- Drives quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across casualty and liability claim portfolios
- Leads aggregate claim review analysis
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- 10–12 years of experience in claims processing or insurance operations
- 5+ years of operations management experience leading large operational or enablement teams
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Experience across varied claim segments (e.g., fast-track, major case unit, specialty cases) and reserve adequacy evaluations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading AI/digital initiatives in operations is a plus.
