About the role
- Respond to inbound tickets related to contractor earnings, disbursements, and tax.
- Escalate complex or in-depth inquiries to the appropriate internal team.
- Document all interactions and updates within the ticketing system.
- Monitor open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate professionally via email and internal systems.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate contractor disbursement records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in customer service, project management, business, finance, technology, or related area.
- 1 year's experience in customer service, project management, business, finance, technology or related area.
- Associate's degree in customer service, project management, business, finance, technology, or related area and 1 year's experience in customer service, project management, business, finance, technology, or related area.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email communication.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow established processes and escalation procedures.
