About the role

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support communication efforts
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Assess the change impact
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning components into existing process or build new enhancement in Ticketing Tool (SNOW recommended).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 4 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.
  • 6 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization related technologies.
  • Change management certification or designation desired.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
