About the role
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of growth insights and optimization recommendations across strategic partners
- Ensure partners receive clear, actionable guidance tied to performance improvement, growth, and adoption
- Measure success based on incrementality and outcomes, not baseline activity or reporting volume
- Translate standardized intelligence into repeatable activation models and playbooks
- Drive scale through automation, templates, and consistent frameworks
- Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on growth insights and optimization recommendations
- Set clear goals, success metrics, and operating rhythms aligned to broader leadership priorities
- Partner closely with Sales, PDMs, Optimization, and Partner Network stakeholders to drive execution
- Own intake, prioritization, and execution workflows for partner‑facing work
- Develop partner success narratives, summaries, and case studies that reinforce insights‑led value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration)
- 8-10 years of experience in growth optimization, performance improvement, or driving adoption initiatives for products, customers, or marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in growth strategy, optimization, analytics, partner enablement functions
- Proven ability to operate in cross‑functional, matrixed environments and influence without direct authority
- Experience prioritizing work in fast‑moving environments with competing demands
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including comfort presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Media, ad tech, retail media, or platform ecosystem experience preferred.
