  • Providing expert advice and support to managers and associates on workplace issues

  • Ability to analyze data and trends to identify potential associate relations issues
  • Proactive technology/automation/improvement mindset
  • Exposure in building effective and scalable processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
