Lead advanced analytical work using Python as a primary tool, including exploration, modeling, experimentation, and automation.
Write and optimize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets.
Deliver fast-turn, high-impact analysis to support urgent business needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Own longer-term analytical and insight-driven initiatives, from problem definition through execution and stakeholder adoption.
Design, experiment with, and apply Generative AI / LLM-based approaches (e.g., text analysis, summarization, classification, signal extraction) alongside traditional advanced analytics.
Independently scope and execute workstreams, while also collaborating closely with cross-functional partners and VoS team members.
Build and maintain dashboards and analytical outputs (e.g., Tableau) to support ongoing monitoring and decision-making.
Identify trends, patterns, and root causes across seller behavior, operational data, and feedback signals.
Communicate insights clearly through written narratives, presentations, and working sessions tailored to varied audiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics); advanced degree a plus.
Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
Solid experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Experience with or strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, or applied machine learning, particularly for unstructured data analysis.
Experience building dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
