About the role
- Drive end-to-end technical recruitment for niche and high-volume roles across multiple technology domains.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advanced tools, social platforms, and industry networks.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future skill requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market intelligence and insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance team capability and performance.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of proven experience in technical recruitment within IT/Technology domains.
- Expertise in sourcing for complex technical roles (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity).
- Able to manage stakeholders and ability to influence decisions.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Understanding of technology trends and talent market dynamics.
