About the role

  • Define and lead the end-to-end Seller Performance Enablement strategy, including vision, roadmap, frameworks, and KPIs.
  • Use a holistic, data-driven understanding of seller behavior and performance trends to identify opportunities.
  • Lead the design and launch of new initiatives, communications, and resources that increase seller engagement.
  • Partner closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, and Marketing.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners on seller behavior trends, performance risks, and strategic opportunities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on seller enablement and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketplace enablement, seller activation, merchant growth, partner operations, strategy consulting, product management, advanced analytics or related fields.
  • 5+ years people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Proven experience driving seller or partner engagement in a marketplace environment, with strong strategic execution and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating across large, matrixed, and rapidly growing organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics, STEM or related technical or quantitative fields. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Marketplace seller performance, risk or trust and safety domain expertise.
  • Experience launching new programs and scaling them across a large organization.
