Manage and maintain the Atlassian Cloud suite including Jira, Confluence, and Service Management
Assist users by responding to support requests through Jira Service Management
Develop architectural and end-user documentation for the IT Confluence Knowledge Base
Conduct training sessions on Confluence and Jira
Configure Jira workflows and Confluence templates with senior Atlassian Administrator
Maintain governance and best practices for scalability

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area and 4 years’ experience in project/program management, program operations, or related area
6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area preferred
At least three years of relevant experience as an Atlassian Administrator
Expertise in managing complex Jira projects and workflows
Configuring Confluence spaces effectively
Strong understanding of Atlassian configuration principles and governance
