About the role
- Lead end-to-end initiatives that enhance third-party seller performance.
- Shape the vision, strategy, and execution of seller performance standards.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science, and Customer Support to define seller-facing solutions.
- Define and evolve seller performance standards, metrics, and benchmarks.
- Translate strategic goals into cross-functional execution plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
- Drive product development and delivery in partnership with technology teams.
- Own internal and external go-to-market planning and communications.
- Build strong partnerships across Risk, Legal, Seller Support, Category, and Analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, technology, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of experience in eCommerce, product strategy, marketplace operations, trust & safety, or related domains.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product or operational initiatives from problem definition through launch and measurement.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to develop and deliver user-facing solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Master’s degree in business or a related field (Preferred).
- 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience (Preferred).
