Lead delivery of multiple analytics initiatives in Marketplace Seller Operational Risk.
Define analytics strategy for seller operational risk measurement and performance management.
Own scalable KPI and metric framework to quantify risk outcomes.
Build and maintain operational performance reporting with automated anomaly detection.
Develop reusable analytical assets enabling consistent measurement across teams.
Collaborate with Data Science on predictive operational risk models and early-warning indicators.
Perform deep forensic analyses on seller abuse vectors and identify leading indicators.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in advanced analytics/data analysis.
Experience in risk management, trust & safety, fraud/abuse, compliance, or seller/platform integrity.
Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R.
Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Strong organizational and program execution skills.
Excellent communication and influence skills.
Self-starter with high ownership and accountability.
