About the role

  • Guide hiring managers and People teams on how to attract and retain top talent, sharing industry trends, compensation insights, and best practices.
  • Manage full recruiting lifecycle for Fashion & Design roles, from understanding position requirements to developing innovative sourcing strategies that reach creative talent pools.
  • Use data analytics and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies, identify talent gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Source, engage, and present qualified candidates for interviews, ensuring a strong match with Walmart’s brand and design vision.
  • Facilitate feedback, offer negotiations, and communicate decisions to all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year’s experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
  • 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.
  • Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION - Certification.
