About the role

  • Develop strategy and launch product solutions for US Seller Wallets and International Seller Wallets.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and track product performance to gain actionable insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across tech, UX, legal, compliance, servicing teams.
  • Manage third-party partnerships to deliver best-in-class products.
  • Analyze transaction trends and seller behaviors to recommend enhancements for product features.
  • Define and track KPIs, lead business reviews, and identify drivers for product success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in Science, Business, Strategy, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, or related domains
  • SQL proficiency and strong analytical skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing ambiguity.
