About the role
- Oversees Pharmacy and Vision Center operations to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborates with management teams to enhance store procedures and meet strategic business needs.
- Establishes short and long-term priorities aligned with operational, people, and merchandising initiatives.

Requirements
- College or University Degree
- 1-2 years of managerial and people leadership experience
- Travelling to various locations in the district
- Background in Healthcare industry is preferred but not a must.
- Multi unit managerial experience is an asset
