About the role

  • Contribute and correct responded insights to ensure correct solution sharing
  • Manage day-to-day assigned support cases and troubleshoot escalations/urgent issues
  • Work closely with internal teams and advertisers for client satisfaction
  • Maintain 100% SLA and Quality
  • Deliver correct solutions to customers for their queries
  • Stay updated on team and project best practices
  • Troubleshoot UI issues & Seller/suppliers queries
  • Provide Ideation and implement process excellence
  • Build good relationships with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering team, and ad policy

Requirements

  • B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations domain
  • Excellent articulation and communication skill set
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts, including PST hours
  • Strong familiarity with ad serving technologies, platforms, and tools with hands-on experience
  • Hands-on knowledge on at-least one ads tool – Google Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Tradedesk, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience in Ad operation support, problem-solving skill.
