Oversees multiple projects by defining the scope of work and project objectives.
Establishes project activities, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
Coordinates planning activities and assembles management plans.
Tracks changes to plans and ensures resolution of critical issues.
Manages the governance of project plans.
Identifies resources needed for project completion and monitors budgets and costs for projects.
Delivers presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders.
Manages content management initiatives by evaluating and prioritizing content requests.
Designs, develops, automates, and maintains tools, templates, and resources.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement intra-net content.
Provides guidance to the team on platform functionality, communication approaches, and content quality standards.
Ensures content and digital communications methods align with content governance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
Microsoft Office.
