About the role

  • Own a self-managed book of business, supporting multiple partners through onboarding, launch, and early optimization.
  • Provide hands-on tactical and technical support across setup, verification, catalog, shipping, fulfillment, and returns.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to align priorities, escalate issues, and drive timely resolution.
  • Proactively identify risks, performance gaps, and operational blockers before they impact success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by translating tools, policies, and metrics into clear, actionable guidance.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni-channel merchandising, or related area.
  • Prior work experience in eCommerce.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including comfort navigating multiple systems and using data to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to proactively resolve complex operational issues through influence and escalation.
  • Advanced organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes.
