About the role

  • Consults with senior leadership business partners to understand overall goals and functional objectives.
  • Decipher key business challenges and identify tactics to anticipate and mitigate business challenges/issues.
  • Develop potential success criteria and contributes to strategic planning.
  • Builds and leads a team to execute on business area objectives.
  • Coaches team members and conducts performance and career development conversations.
  • Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area or category.
  • Develops data models and algorithms for complex projects to drive business results.
  • Manages the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready complex algorithms.
  • Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners to develop consultative solutions for complex projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
  • Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis (preferred).
  • Statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R) (preferred).
  • Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics (preferred).
