About the role

  • Drive execution for large Marketplace technology initiatives and improve ways of working
  • Develop and implement process improvements for delivering and monitoring programs
  • Define program goals, timelines, and resource constraints for large-scale programs
  • Secure commitments for program scopes, delivery dates, and resources
  • Develop end-to-end delivery plans for complex solutions, identifying technical dependencies
  • Facilitate work prioritization, identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor multiple programs, decompose performance metrics, identify risks and mitigations
  • Drive alignment and outcomes across multiple stakeholders through influential communication
  • Develop data-driven approaches and decision-making frameworks
  • Define program success metrics and identify difficult problems and systemic gaps

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of Agile mindset and delivery of managing programs and projects using Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Capacity Management expertise over multiple software development teams
  • Willingness to always learn and grow as an individual and team member
  • Be a leader and change advocate
  • Unbiased perspective when solving problems
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
  • Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
  • Certification in Project Management (preferred)
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred)
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and accessibility best practices (preferred)
