About the role
- Lead the development and scaling of Walmart Shipping within the Seller Fulfilled Business.
- Define seller targeting and onboarding strategies.
- Own the end-to-end seller experience and incentive programs.
- Manage the full business lifecycle, including P&L ownership.
- Collaborate across 20+ cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Build and lead a team of 3–5 direct reports.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, ideally within a marketplace environment.
- Proven people management experience.
- Background in shipping operations or having run a business.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership.
- Experience launching new products or programs.
- Executive-level communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 7 years’ experience without degree, 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
