About the role
- Partner with product leadership to define and prioritize initiatives that advance Adobe’s Analytics strategy.
- Design and scale programs that improve customer retention, reduce attrition risk, and strengthen adoption.
- Establish management systems, frameworks, and metrics that translate strategy into measurable results.
- Align product, engineering, product marketing, and design on shared goals.
- Partner with PMM and GTM teams to synthesize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Build centralized dashboards and integrate data sources to track progress to goals.
- Foster learning, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing practices that strengthen our operating model.
- Lead discussions that inspire clarity, connection, and accountability across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product strategy, business operations, product marketing, or GTM strategy
- Deep understanding of the analytics and customer experience space, with AI aptitude
- Proven track record driving adoption, retention, and growth initiatives at scale
- Strong program management and problem-solving skills
- Experience designing dashboards and business metrics that inform product strategy
- Excellent communication skills and credibility with executives, cross-functional peers, and customers
