• Oversee the team’s strategy, managing IT infrastructure, development, and innovation of products and services
• Ensure strong leadership and promote a culture of knowledge transfer across teams
• Focus on quality assurance, software architecture designs and incident prevention
• Lead the team towards delivering technological solutions that align with business objectives
• Ensure the team’s development and the delivery of high-quality software
• Organize internal processes, people management and ensure close collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and review software architecture designs, implement solutions and oversee production incidents
• Ensure performance optimization (e.g: SQL queries, Eclipse Link)
• Research, conceive and develop software applications to extend and improve the product offering
• Ensure clean code for a highly available and distributed environment
• Develop and maintain integrations for the payment acceptance network and local acquiring platforms

Android Engineer

• Develop and enhance terminal software, improving user experience, extending and optimizing SDKs, and evolving cloud network protocols
• Contribute to payment card standard compliance by researching and implementing solutions to meet industry requirements
• Collaborate with product engineering team to refine user stories, ensuring technical feasibility and clear requirements
• Provide expertise and training to third-level support team on SDKs and APIs and act as technical advisor
• Handle and solve troubleshooting and technical issues
• Participate in code reviews of colleagues
