• Own the operational reporting rhythm of the UK business, maintaining an accurate and timely view of performance across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Own customer operations processes, ensuring the integrity of customer reports while generating meaningful insights that drive better outcomes for customers.
• Work closely with compliance, product, tech, and investment teams - from ensuring our regulatory reporting is watertight to getting new products and investment vehicles off the ground.
• Drive operational excellence and scalability across all processes, working closely with global teams to optimise tools, automation, and ways of working to deliver consistently better outcomes.
• Own and project manage strategic growth initiatives across the UK business - from launching new funds and product features to identifying opportunities through customer and market research.
