About the role
- Prospect into enterprise-level accounts using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, referrals).
- Research and identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Craft highly personalized outreach tailored to enterprise use cases, pain points, and benefits strategies.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Wagmo’s enterprise ICP and route high-quality opportunities to Enterprise AEs.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings and demos for the enterprise sales team.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and account-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline notes, and reporting in CRM (Salesforce).
- Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up to date on Wagmo’s products, the benefits landscape, and competitive offerings.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, sales development, or outbound sales (enterprise or mid-market experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to prospect and generate meetings with large, complex organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Comfort navigating longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up discipline.
- Experience using sales tools such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to learn enterprise sales strategy.
- Grit, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
