Account Executive

• Cultivate and expand partner relationships: Build strong, enduring relationships with brokers, carriers, TPAs, and referral sources, serving as their trusted advisor.
• Strategic growth execution: Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen and expand partner engagements, maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Achieve sales goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics that align with company objectives.
• Data-driven optimization: Use performance metrics and insights to develop and implement engagement strategies that maximize partner success.
• Pipeline management: Strategically manage your territory/partner pipeline to prioritize high-value opportunities and consistently meet sales quotas.
• RFP management: Respond to RFPs and RFIs with creative, timely, and professional proposals that differentiate Wagmo’s offerings.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure that Wagmo’s brand and product offerings are delivered successfully, are integrated seamlessly, and support partner needs.
• Market advocacy: Leverage your network to proactively boost awareness of Wagmo’s unique value proposition and pet wellness trends among key consultants, brokers, and distribution channels to inspire confidence in Wagmo’s solutions.

Partner Account Executive

Chief Technology Officer

• Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing engineering organization, setting a strong culture of ownership, technical rigor, continuous learning, and disciplined execution - with AI fluency embedded across the team.
• Define and drive the evolution of Wagmo’s technical architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient systems that support enterprise customers, platform growth, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build and scale Wagmo’s data engineering and analytics foundation, treating data as a first-class product that powers AI workflows, operational decision-making, and customer-facing insights.
• Own the application of AI across the platform - identifying where automation, agentic systems, and data-driven intelligence meaningfully improve internal operations and customer-facing experiences.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, Product, and Customer teams to align technical strategy and delivery with business priorities, enterprise requirements, and long-term platform bets.
• Establish and maintain best-in-class engineering and AI development practices, including CI/CD, observability, security, model evaluation, documentation, and architectural decision-making to enable speed without sacrificing quality.
• Build and operationalize engineering systems that improve productivity, prioritization, and accountability, while empowering engineering leaders and ICs to own outcomes end-to-end.
• Manage technical debt and AI experimentation with a pragmatic, ROI-driven lens — balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability, compliance, and maintainability.
• Serve as a visible technical leader across the company, clearly communicating tradeoffs, timelines, risks, and investment decisions to executives, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Own Wagmo’s security posture and compliance programs, including maintaining SOC 2, managing vendor risk, and leading incident response in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Support

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 5 remote Support Associates, setting clear expectations for performance, quality, and customer experience.
• Build a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement through regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance management.
• Raise the bar on support quality by providing direct, actionable feedback and developing strong judgment and ownership across the team.
• Own the day-to-day execution of customer support, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent service across all channels.
• Serve as the primary escalation owner for complex or sensitive customer issues, making sound judgment calls and coaching the team to handle similar situations independently over time.
• Operationalize support processes that drive consistency and scale, including documentation, workflows, training, and KCS-style resources.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current operations and partner with leadership to implement pragmatic, high-impact improvements.
• Monitor queues, coverage, and workload to meet SLAs without reliance on heroics.
