• Own and grow Wagmo’s largest enterprise partnerships, building deep, long-term relationships and serving as a trusted strategic advisor
• Set partnership strategies and joint business plans, and then execute the initiatives needed to drive enrollment, adoption, engagement, and revenue
• Identify high-impact opportunities by understanding each partner’s business, KPIs, and internal structure across teams and channels

• Technical data modeling & analytics engineering: Translate ambiguous questions into precise logic and performant SQL; design and maintain robust, explorable dbt models/semantic layers.
• Build executive-ready reporting: Automate self-serve dashboards and scheduled reports for weekly business reviews, monthly close, OKR reviews, and board materials.
• Lead growth & revenue analytics: Analyze the end-to-end funnel; quantify drivers of acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.

• Own and execute consumer lifecycle marketing programs to drive customer adoption, engagement, and growth
• Optimize Wagmo’s pet parent customer journey from first touch through retention and revenue growth
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategy to onboard and educate new users, drive product usage and convert leads into active customers
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, direct mail, push, and in-app channels
• Partner with design to develop creative assets that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Use data-driven insights to segment audiences and tailor messaging based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and partner source
• Design and execute A/B tests and analyze cohort behavior to optimize engagement, usage, and conversion
• Measure and analyze campaign performance using Tableau, GA4, and other tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Ensure data integrity in lifecycle campaigns by collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering to troubleshoot discrepancies and align tracking

• Own and execute Wagmo’s B2B demand generation strategy to build sustained, predictable pipeline and increase marketing’s contribution to revenue
• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across events, partnerships, paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and social that drive efficient top-of-funnel growth
• Establish Wagmo as an industry thought leader by developing and overseeing content programs that fuel industry awareness and power the demand generation pipeline
• Build and maintain outbound playbooks, persona-driven messaging frameworks, and sales enablement resources that fuel prospecting and deal progression
• Drive growth through distribution channel partnerships, owning strategy and pilots with new partners in collaboration with Lifecycle and Customer Marketing
• Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap, including A/B testing of campaigns, creative, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Engineer the B2B marketing ops engine with lead scoring, routing, and attribution systems that drive accountability and enable scale
• Rigorously analyze and report on campaign performance, turning insights into continuous improvement
• Report to the Director of Marketing and partner closely with Sales to translate GTM goals into campaigns that convert
