About the role

Manage and grow relationships with affiliates to maximize performance and drive revenue.
Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new affiliates.
Negotiate and optimize commercial deals and commission structures.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all affiliate activities.
Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and compliance teams to align affiliate activity with company strategy.
Identify new opportunities to expand the affiliate network and support acquisition growth.

3+ years of affiliate management experience within the iGaming industry.
Demonstrated experience working with affiliates in .com markets.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience using affiliate tracking and analytics platforms.
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Strong networking skills.
Must be comfortable with hybrid work model (1-2 days per week in office / meet team at least once per week).
Willingness/ability to work as a consultant (independent contractor) for this position (application asks availability).
