Requirements
2 - 3 years of experience in the insurance industry preferably with workers compensation background
Ability to make decisions incorporating diverse perspectives.
Excellent communication, prioritization, organization and customer service skills
Strong customer orientation including strong interpersonal, communication and consultation skills.
Ability to manage and influence in a cross-functional matrix environment.
Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information always exhibited.
Ability to manage multiple complex assignments while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills coupled with strategic/big picture orientation.
Proven record of setting delivery commitments and meeting
Basic understanding of data analysis tools including but not limited to Excell, SQL, Python, R
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Prefer one of the following: CPCU, ARM, or other insurance designation
