About the role

  • Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups.
  • Accountable for leveraging data-driven intelligence to drive operational excellence across Ensemble Health Partners.
  • Oversee developing, implementing, and maintaining various data and analytic solutions in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Assist the SVP, Finance & Business Development in developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics solution to monitor net patient revenue across our portfolio.
  • Project completion to senior leadership, set operational priorities/objectives, and responsible for tactical/strategic analytic efforts.
  • Direct the creation of data-driven solutions (dashboards and reporting tools) to strengthen enterprise analytics; evaluate market trends and competitive analytics to inform organizational decision-making.
  • Direct advancement and implementation of analytics and AI solutions to measure, monitor, and benchmark net patient revenue performance across the enterprise; provide strategic leadership in establishing key performance metrics.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior executives and operational leaders to align data, analytics, and AI capabilities to organizational priorities.
  • Provide consultative leadership to operational executives, facilitating data-driven decisions and operational excellence; serve as a trusted advisor on analytics strategy and implementation across the organization.
  • Establish cross-functional partnerships and collaborations to ensure analytics solutions address complex business needs; oversee integration of diverse data sources to create comprehensive insights and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Liaise with clients and their financial staff to effectively ingest and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and relevance; serve as a critical contributor in advising clients based on data analysis results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of analytics professionals; establish departmental goals and objectives, evaluate performance, and foster professional development and succession planning.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and development strategies for analytics talent; establish a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence within the department aligned with organizational values.
  • Establish service excellence standards and accountability measures; ensure consistent delivery of trusted, timely, and high-impact analytics solutions to stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • May be required to perform other job-related duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience
  • CPA/CFA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on clinical and operational performance
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, financial/reimbursement issues, and medical center/medical staff organizations
  • Proficiency in Epic
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Power BI
  • Exhibits executive presence and comfortably works with executives at all levels
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence while recognizing the needs of others
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas
