• Design, strengthen, and scale the Care system (tools, data, and processes) to ensure a fast, seamless, and measurable customer experience
• Work cross-functionally across B2B, B2C, and CSM teams

• Work closely with Data Analysts to create, modify, and validate dashboards

Talent Acquisition Specialist, French-speaking

• Concevoir, fiabiliser et scaler le système Care (outils, données, process)
• Piloter l’architecture opérationnelle des outils Care (Zendesk, HubSpot, Ringover…)
• Structurer les champs, workflows et standards de données
• S’assurer que les dashboards reposent sur des données propres et exploitables
• Concevoir l’architecture des automatisations end-to-end
• Identifier les frictions opérationnelles et traduire ces problèmes en améliorations outils & process
• Identifier les cas d’usage IA à fort impact et mettre en place des workflows IA
