• Support the Internal Communications team in planning, executing, and monitoring communication initiatives
• Contribute to employee engagement and strategic alignment across the Supply Chain Directorate
• Write and edit content, including emails, intranet content, announcements, newsletters, and presentations
• Support the organization of internal campaigns, events, and engagement activities

Supply Chain Communications Intern

General

• Support Supplier Management, Third-Party Management and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, monitoring of KPIs, user and supplier support, document management and the implementation of digitization, governance and compliance initiatives.
• Support supplier onboarding, re-onboarding and supplier registration regularization processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and quality indicators.
• Assist in preparing communication materials, training and supplier onboarding.

• Apoiar a leitura e a análise do P&L do Negócio Cimento, preparando os materiais e insights para as reuniões mensais com as diretorias de Vendas, Operações e Controladoria;
• Contribuir nos ciclos de Rolling Forecast e Orçamento, analisando premissas macroeconômicas, tendências de mercado e desvios entre realizado e projetado;
• Apoiar a gestão do portfólio de produtos sob a ótica de rentabilidade — analisando mix, preço e margem por produto/região e propondo ações para maximizar o resultado;

• Preparar apresentações e relatórios para reuniões, com clareza, objetividade e boa narrativa de dados.

• Suporte nos processos operacionais da área de Insumos: emissão e ajustes de documentos de compra, criação e ajustes em códigos de materiais, atendimento dos chamados do Fiori para ajuste de documentos de compras para lançamento de notas, interface direta com as unidades e CSC na retirada de dúvidas e atendimentos diversos.

Software Engineer

• Assist in executing projects within Votorantim Cimentos’ industrial areas, analyzing technical specifications and preparing execution detailing.
• Support the development of new projects by preparing/documenting scope, responsibilities and interfaces.
• Participate in preparing budgets for new projects, renovations and/or modifications, analyzing comparative cost breakdowns based on conceptual project detailing and technical specifications.
• Assist in the technical evaluation of proposals for equipment procurement and/or service contracts, verifying compliance with the standards of the relevant area.
• Support procurement processes by interfacing between the technical and supply areas, using the various systems in use at Votorantim Cimentos.
• Assist with the department’s administrative processes.

Engineering and Projects Intern

• Support the review and analysis of the P&L for the Cement Business, preparing materials and insights for monthly meetings with the Sales, Operations, and Controlling directors;
• Contribute to Rolling Forecast and Budget cycles by analyzing macroeconomic assumptions, market trends, and variances between actual and projected results;
• Support product portfolio management from a profitability perspective — analyzing mix, price, and margin by product/region and proposing actions to maximize results;
• Monitor product launches and expansions (including packaging development), tracking KPIs and communicating progress to stakeholders;
• Support brand positioning together with the Trilhas Marketing, Integrated Communications, and Corporate Communications teams, linking short-term actions to medium- and long-term strategy;
