Software Engineer

• Assist in executing projects within Votorantim Cimentos’ industrial areas, analyzing technical specifications and preparing execution detailing.
• Support the development of new projects by preparing/documenting scope, responsibilities and interfaces.
• Participate in preparing budgets for new projects, renovations and/or modifications, analyzing comparative cost breakdowns based on conceptual project detailing and technical specifications.
• Assist in the technical evaluation of proposals for equipment procurement and/or service contracts, verifying compliance with the standards of the relevant area.
• Support procurement processes by interfacing between the technical and supply areas, using the various systems in use at Votorantim Cimentos.
• Assist with the department’s administrative processes.

Engineering and Projects Intern

• Support the review and analysis of the P&L for the Cement Business, preparing materials and insights for monthly meetings with the Sales, Operations, and Controlling directors;
• Contribute to Rolling Forecast and Budget cycles by analyzing macroeconomic assumptions, market trends, and variances between actual and projected results;
• Support product portfolio management from a profitability perspective — analyzing mix, price, and margin by product/region and proposing actions to maximize results;
• Monitor product launches and expansions (including packaging development), tracking KPIs and communicating progress to stakeholders;
• Support brand positioning together with the Trilhas Marketing, Integrated Communications, and Corporate Communications teams, linking short-term actions to medium- and long-term strategy;
• Build and automate recurring analyses, reports, and dashboards, aiming to reduce manual work and increase data reliability;
• Support validation and dissemination of official market share figures;
• Use generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, GPT) to accelerate research, synthesis, and analysis development — always applying critical review of results;
• Understand the company's brand, presence, and industrial footprint — production synergies, distribution center supply, and operational constraints — and how these affect commercial strategy;
• Prepare presentations and reports for meetings with clarity, conciseness, and strong data storytelling.
