About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Internal Communications team in planning, executing, and monitoring communication initiatives
Contribute to employee engagement and strategic alignment across the Supply Chain Directorate
Write and edit content, including emails, intranet content, announcements, newsletters, and presentations
Support the organization of internal campaigns, events, and engagement activities
Assist in developing corporate materials, such as presentations, executive communications, and guides
Assist with the production and creation of videos and other visual materials
Liaise with different Supply Chain teams to identify topics and gather communication needs
Monitor and support the management of internal channels, such as the Supply Chain Portal and Workvivo

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or Advertising
Preference will be given to candidates expecting to graduate in December 2028 or later
Strong writing skills and excellent command of Portuguese
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud tools (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) is a plus
Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is preferred
Knowledge of SharePoint or intranet tools is preferred
