General Counsel

• As Legal Counsel in the Commercial/IP/Litigation team, your role entails acting as a business partner with/for the operations teams to fulfill their business and legal needs with a particular focus on intellectual property matters, and to bolster the company’s asset-protection strategy, notably through IP protection, enforcement strategy, trademark portfolio management and litigation matters.
• Handle IP protection and infringement matters, such as trademark registrations, copyright and trademark enforcement matters, pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad, and more generally contribute in a meaningful way to the company’s global IP portfolio and protection of its brands, products and content.
