• Contribute to overall success of implementation projects within the Volue Scheduler team
• Agree with customer on success criteria for the project scope where you are the senior

• Guide the less experienced consultants in how to perform their tasks in the projects

• Collaborate with sales teams in understanding customer requirements, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and translating technical features into clear business value
• Support RFIs/RFPs, and articulate the value of our solutions to energy industry stakeholders
• Partner with product and marketing to relay market feedback, shape value propositions, and influence product development priorities
• Lead proof-of-concept implementations, supervise customer onboarding, and ensure a smooth handover of projects to delivery teams with clear documentation
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, promoting best practices in solution use, representing the company at industry events, and staying current on Volue's portfolio, market trends, and the competitive landscape
