• Independently evaluate parts and final vehicles against VWAG Konzern audit standards.
• Randomly select audit units and assess product quality within Press, Body, and Paint Shops.
• Present daily audit findings and results to QA and Production Unit Heads during Shopfloor Management meetings.
• Highlight product and part deficiencies during VFF, PVS, and O‑Series phases to prevent fault points prior to SOP.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of implemented corrective actions.

Product Quality Auditor

Analyst

• Ensure the timely availability of CKD materials to support uninterrupted production operations
• Monitor, analyse, and control CKD inventory levels in alignment with production plans and targets
• Plan CKD material requirements in accordance with approved production schedules
• Liaise with suppliers, expeditors, and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve material-related issues and ensure timeous deliveries
• Analyse material variances, shortages, and surpluses, and implement appropriate corrective and preventative actions
