About the role

  • First point of contact for our customers in the branch.
  • Assist customers with using our self-service equipment in the branch.
  • Serve as a digital ambassador, helping customers with questions (e.g. online banking or apps).
  • Proactively engage customers about current promotions and to arrange appointments.
  • Be an integral part of the branch team and embody the customer-focused banking ethos.

Requirements

  • Passion for providing support and a talent for explaining things to others.
  • Enjoy working with people and advising them.
  • Ideally completed banking or commercial/business training and/or comparable professional experience.
  • Willingness to develop both professionally and personally.
