About the role
- First point of contact for our customers in the branch.
- Assist customers with using our self-service equipment in the branch.
- Serve as a digital ambassador, helping customers with questions (e.g. online banking or apps).
- Proactively engage customers about current promotions and to arrange appointments.
- Be an integral part of the branch team and embody the customer-focused banking ethos.
Requirements
- Passion for providing support and a talent for explaining things to others.
- Enjoy working with people and advising them.
- Ideally completed banking or commercial/business training and/or comparable professional experience.
- Willingness to develop both professionally and personally.
- Teamwork and enjoying your work are important to you.
