About the role
- Focus on outbound calling
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, e-mail and via digital channels
- Structured and accurate processing of service cases
- Needs identification, cross- & upselling, and active product and service advisory
- Contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows
- Implementation and use of new systems and AI-powered tools in customer service
- Professional objection handling and courteous communication
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, call center or bank sales
- Basic knowledge of banking products (accounts, cards, payments, online banking)
- Confident use of CRM and banking systems
- Digital affinity and enjoyment of customer contact
- Team player with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
