About the role
- Manage large distressed clients
- Make independent decisions and provide recommendations to the credit committee
- Conduct independent negotiations within banking syndicates as well as with lawyers, consultants and investors
- Cooperate with risk departments, markets teams, compliance and various service areas across the bank
- Lead client meetings independently with the company, its advisors and, where applicable, other involved banks
- Adhere to operational guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Drive transformation and innovation in existing processes
- Participate in exciting projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in restructuring and/or distressed asset management for real estate and/or companies
- Degree in business, economics, law or a comparable field
- Experience in restructuring management
- Experience in other banking areas is an advantage
- Strong team and communication skills
- High decisiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
- Affinity for process and project management
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Motivation to actively shape and improve processes
