About the role
- Lead project management for cross-functional initiatives, from planning and scoping through execution, reporting and learning
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets
- Track progress, manage risks, and proactively surface issues and recommendations
- Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders to drive timely, high-quality outcomes
- Support planning and delivery of internal and external events
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, communications, or a similar role
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and programs
- Strong relationship skills – with experience managing multiple vendor relationships, partner organizations and complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Exposure to executive-level work and senior leadership stakeholders
