- Support the integration of the Vodafone UK and Three UK networks
- Deliver high-quality legal advice on a range of initiatives
- Manage legal risk and ensure compliance with evolving legislation
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement in legal processes
Requirements
- High quality experience as a qualified commercial lawyer
- Telecoms sector and network experience is highly desirable
- Proactively manages legal risk, balancing risk and mitigations proportionately
- Applies sound commercial judgement to balance legal risk with business opportunity
- Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
