About the role

  • Provide legal advice and support for contracts and related documents across the Responsible Areas
  • Review, draft, structure, and negotiate procurement contracts while balancing commercial and legal considerations
  • Recommend pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues and highlight relevant risks to stakeholders
  • Contribute to compliance programmes, including anti‑bribery, sanctions, competition law, and data privacy
  • Develop tools, best practices, training materials, templates and playbooks to strengthen legal self‑service capabilities across the business
  • Collaborate effectively with local market legal teams and other key stakeholders across Group Legal, External Affairs, Finance, and VP&C operations
  • Work with specialist functions including IPR, Data Protection, Tax, Finance, Regulatory and Enterprise teams to address cross‑functional legal matters

Requirements

  • Possess strong academic credentials with a law degree from a reputable university; a Master’s degree in law is desirable
  • Bring 3–5 years of relevant post‑graduate experience
  • Have proven expertise in contract law and experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English
  • Hold (or are working towards) a bar qualification (preferred)
  • Ideally have exposure to international practice, either through an international law firm or a multinational organisation
  • Are fluent in English and comfortable working within a cross‑border, multicultural environment
