About the role
- Lead transformation, innovation, and value realization across ND&I
- Govern operating model integration, capability uplift, and business value realization
- Oversee communications, training, and engagement across all ND&I teams to support transformation delivery
- Shape and govern ND&I’s innovation pipeline, ensuring high value feasible ideas move forward
- Act as the strategic bridge between ND&I, Networks and enterprise functions to ensure alignment
Requirements
- Proven transformation leader capable of driving large-scale change across complex telecoms environments
- Track record of designing and integrating cross-domain operating models
- Deep expertise in organisational design, capability uplift, and behavioural change management
- Strong commercial acumen in building business cases, delivering Opex efficiencies, and tracking financial benefits
- Highly skilled at influencing across senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and specialist groups such as process, AI, data, and automation.
