About the role

  • Lead transformation, innovation, and value realization across ND&I
  • Govern operating model integration, capability uplift, and business value realization
  • Oversee communications, training, and engagement across all ND&I teams to support transformation delivery
  • Shape and govern ND&I’s innovation pipeline, ensuring high value feasible ideas move forward
  • Act as the strategic bridge between ND&I, Networks and enterprise functions to ensure alignment

Requirements

  • Proven transformation leader capable of driving large-scale change across complex telecoms environments
  • Track record of designing and integrating cross-domain operating models
  • Deep expertise in organisational design, capability uplift, and behavioural change management
  • Strong commercial acumen in building business cases, delivering Opex efficiencies, and tracking financial benefits
  • Highly skilled at influencing across senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and specialist groups such as process, AI, data, and automation.
