About the role

  • Act as Product Owner for a range of business solutions, ensuring clarity of product vision and delivery outcomes.
  • Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
  • Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate closure.
  • Create structured, actionable user stories that support development planning and delivery.
  • Estimate effort and resources required for solution development and implementation.

  • Work effectively within a hybrid environment with minimum two days per week in the Pune office.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Business Architect or Product Owner.
  • Proven expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and end‑to‑end requirement tracking.
  • Strong capability in creating and managing user stories and project estimation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, and related tracking platforms.
  • Experience using Figma or similar tools for UI/UX prototyping.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with required presence in Pune.
