About the role

  • Lead day-to-day internal IT operations, ensuring reliability of workplace platforms and infrastructure.
  • Own SLAs and drive ITSM excellence across Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
  • Chair major incident management bridges and conduct post-incident reviews to reduce MTTR.
  • Implement compliance and InfoSec controls, ensuring audit readiness and operational risk management.
  • Manage vendor relationships and align with asset and finance teams for cost optimisation.
  • Mentor and lead IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee budget planning, utilisation, and reporting for the function.
  • Partner with automation teams to identify waste and implement service improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in IT operations with proven leadership exposure.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy) and processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of end-user computing, IT/network infrastructure, and workplace technologies.
  • Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation preferred; ISO 27001, Cybersecurity, or Cloud certifications advantageous.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
