About the role

  • Attract Small and Medium Enterprise Customers by delivering high-standards account management and unmatched customer experience
  • Deliver high standards of general account management for new and existing business accounts on customer site
  • Develop a clear view on potential customer opportunities and competition in the area
  • Confidently communicate the benefits of Vodafone products and services in customer sites
  • Understand different customer profiles and demonstrate ability to match appropriate products and services to fit their needs
  • Monitor results and provide relevant feedback to the respective Sales SPV

Requirements

  • University degree (Master degree will be an asset)
  • Fluent knowledge of English language (oral & written)
  • Driving licence
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Understanding of technical/IT business solutions
  • Enthusiastic and passionate, with a strong customer orientation
  • Interest to learn about the latest business services and products
  • Team-player
  • Proven experience gained within a business sales channel (must have minimum 2 years B2B sales experience)
  • Confidence to enter client sites and present Vodafone services
