About the role
- Capture and interpret customer requirements
- Build detailed risk assessments and develop accurate cost models
- Produce high-quality documentation for RFP responses, proposals, High-Level Designs, and Statements of Work
- Ensure solution designs align with delivery timelines, governance standards, and established service frameworks
- Operate as a subject matter expert in selected portfolio areas
- Collaborate with bid, pricing, commercial, legal, delivery, and account teams on complex opportunities
Requirements
- Ability to confidently interface with global customers
- Skilled in shaping compelling proposals
- Excellent interpersonal teamwork capabilities
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Subject matter expert in WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Unified Communications, Cloud Technologies, Network Security, Managed LAN Services, or similar
- Educated to a first degree level in engineering or equivalent
- Experienced in designing complex enterprise solutions (5–7 years preferred)
- Ideally experienced in IT Managed Services and/or international project exposure
- Possessing desirable certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, TOGAF, ITIL, eTOM, Genesys GCP, ONF, AWS, or equivalents
