About the role

  • Oversee real estate accounting operations in accordance with IFRS 16 standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with all operational, financial, and administrative procedures.
  • Manage end‑to‑end lease contract lifecycle activities, including creation, modification, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all S16 contract updates are processed accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Perform monthly valuation postings for all eligible leases with full accuracy and consistency.
  • Deliver internal and external reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies.
  • Apply effective communication to interpret updated accounting procedures and assess impact.
  • Complete tasks assigned by leadership, supporting broader operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 lease accounting principles.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power Platforms.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German (B2.1) and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experienced with SAP systems, ideally including SAP RE‑FX.
  • Competent in data analysis, exploration, and financial interpretation.
