About the role
- Own direct sales quota and achieve annual revenue and margin targets.
- Lead solution strategy for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring optimal cost base and competitive positioning.
- Negotiate sales agreements in alignment with company legal, financial, and governance procedures.
- Contribute to shareholder value through disciplined pricing, margin optimization, and sustainable deal structures.
- Translate solution designs into P&L impact, including cost modeling, valuation, and financial justification
- Design and develop integrated, end-to-end solutions for Global, Local, and Enterprise customers.
- Propose tailor-made solutions combining the full product and service portfolio (cloud, security, software, wholesale, managed services).
- Validate, integrate, and manage third-party components and services, ensuring technical and commercial viability.
- Assist customers in developing fully integrated systems, including infrastructure, hardware, software, and applications.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business models, industry challenges, and transformation goals.
- Support and lead customer workshops, proposal defenses, and solution governance forums.
- Work with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers to shape competitive, scalable solutions.
- Manage complexity and ambiguity within a matrix organization and multi-stakeholder environment
Requirements
- University degree in Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication, Industrial, Mathematics Engineering or MIS
- Minimum 8 years of IT sales and solution experience, preferably within:
- System integrators
- Technology vendors
- Cloud, security, software, wholesale, or managed services environments
- Proven year-over-year quota attainment
- Strong background in technical sales and complex solution selling
- Wholesale, Security, Cloud, Software & RPA
- Managed Services and systems integration
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, including valuation and business modeling
- Strong project management acumen
- Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-level storytelling skills
- Very good command of English (fluent)
- Driving License: Class B
- Willingness to travel as required
