About the role

  • Own direct sales quota and achieve annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Lead solution strategy for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring optimal cost base and competitive positioning.
  • Negotiate sales agreements in alignment with company legal, financial, and governance procedures.
  • Contribute to shareholder value through disciplined pricing, margin optimization, and sustainable deal structures.
  • Translate solution designs into P&L impact, including cost modeling, valuation, and financial justification
  • Design and develop integrated, end-to-end solutions for Global, Local, and Enterprise customers.
  • Propose tailor-made solutions combining the full product and service portfolio (cloud, security, software, wholesale, managed services).
  • Validate, integrate, and manage third-party components and services, ensuring technical and commercial viability.
  • Assist customers in developing fully integrated systems, including infrastructure, hardware, software, and applications.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business models, industry challenges, and transformation goals.
  • Support and lead customer workshops, proposal defenses, and solution governance forums.
  • Work with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers to shape competitive, scalable solutions.
  • Manage complexity and ambiguity within a matrix organization and multi-stakeholder environment

Requirements

  • University degree in Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication, Industrial, Mathematics Engineering or MIS
  • Minimum 8 years of IT sales and solution experience, preferably within:
  • System integrators
  • Technology vendors
  • Cloud, security, software, wholesale, or managed services environments
  • Proven year-over-year quota attainment
  • Strong background in technical sales and complex solution selling
  • Wholesale, Security, Cloud, Software & RPA
  • Managed Services and systems integration
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance, including valuation and business modeling
  • Strong project management acumen
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-level storytelling skills
  • Very good command of English (fluent)
  • Driving License: Class B
  • Willingness to travel as required
