About the role

  • Oversee PTP operations ensuring timely and accurate invoice bookings in line with SLA.
  • Manage GRIR reporting and ensure actions are taken as per policy.
  • Lead the Travel & Expense (T&E) process and resolve queries from local markets.
  • Ensure timely completion of team activities and month-end procedures including balance sheet analysis.
  • Deliver KPI reporting and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets.
  • Provide first-time-right resolutions to queries from FinOps, business units, and vendors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in upstream/downstream processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying control weaknesses and inefficiencies.
  • Analyse open items and provide insights through Power BI dashboards.
  • Collaborate across functions to support system changes and process effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A commerce graduate with 10-15 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes.
  • Proven expertise in PTP accounting within a shared services and multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and accounting activities including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 10–15 direct reports.
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure and influence across functions.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Optional: German language proficiency.
