About the role

  • Managing project-driven integration and day-to-day administration of cloud solutions, focusing on AWS.
  • Developing prototypes, designing and building modules for cloud platforms.
  • Conducting peer reviews, maintaining coding standards.
  • Driving automation and integration for AWS and tenant workloads.
  • Building and deploying AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Using Ansible & Python for routine tasks (user management, security hardening).
  • Providing consultancy for migrating on-premises applications to the public cloud.
  • Designing and deploying direct connect networks between AWS and datacenters.
  • Training and developing AWS expertise within the organization.
  • Troubleshooting cloud network, storage, and performance issues.
  • Supporting DevOps culture and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Profound expertise in AWS cloud technology, networking, security, and platforms.
  • Experience with AWS services: VPC, EC2, ECS, S3, EBS, Glacier, ELB, Elastic IPs, Lambda.
  • Automation skills: CloudFormation, Ansible, Python.
  • DevOps tools: AWS CodePipeline, HashiCorp Stack (Packer, Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with AWS organization and multi-tenant account setup.
  • Familiarity with multiple programming/markup languages is a plus.
  • Good documentation and communication skills.
  • Degree in IT (any), with 2–3 years in cloud computing or 4–5 years in enterprise IT.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, SOX, and security regulations.
  • 3–5 years in programming/systems analysis with agile frameworks.
  • Experience with web applications and hosting.
  • DevOps experience in cloud environments.
  • Experience managing business-critical environments.
  • AWS architect/operations associate certification preferred.
  • Telecom industry experience preferred.
