About the role
- Collect and analyse data on salaries, benefits, and other reward-related information.
- Develop reports and presentations on reward topics, including Annual Reward Review cycle, Benefits administration, ad-hoc reward activities, and recognition programmes.
- Maintain data and reporting dashboards and ensure monthly reward operations meet SLAs.
- Support communications approach for reward and benefits.
- Complete benchmark submissions and assess data quality for key datasets such as job architecture.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with advanced data capabilities and high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits programmes, including pay frameworks, incentives, and risk benefits.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information effectively.
- University degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to build effective relationships and manage projects successfully.
